1. Chúng tôi là ai

Vtraks do AIVISION (AIV Group) — công ty công nghệ Việt Nam chuyên về trí tuệ nhân tạo và thị giác máy tính — phát triển và vận hành. Website: https://aivgroups.com.

Vtraks được dùng trong công việc: nhân viên thị trường của các doanh nghiệp khách hàng dùng ứng dụng để ghi nhận và chấm điểm trưng bày sản phẩm tại điểm bán. Trong nhiều trường hợp, doanh nghiệp nơi bạn làm việc là bên quyết định mục đích xử lý dữ liệu, còn AIVISION xử lý dữ liệu theo thỏa thuận với doanh nghiệp đó.

2. Dữ liệu ứng dụng thu thập

Tài khoản

Tên đăng nhập và mật khẩu do doanh nghiệp của bạn cấp. Mật khẩu chỉ được lưu trên thiết bị của bạn, trong kho lưu trữ an toàn của hệ điều hành (Keychain trên iOS, EncryptedSharedPreferences trên Android), và chỉ được gửi tới máy chủ khi đăng nhập. Sau đăng nhập, ứng dụng dùng mã phiên (token) thay cho mật khẩu.

Ảnh kệ trưng bày

Ảnh bạn chụp bằng camera trong ứng dụng, hoặc chọn từ thư viện ảnh, được tải lên máy chủ Vtraks để hệ thống AI nhận diện sản phẩm và chấm điểm tuân thủ. Ứng dụng chỉ truy cập camera và thư viện ảnh khi bạn chủ động chụp hoặc chọn ảnh; quyền truy cập luôn do bạn cấp qua hộp thoại của hệ điều hành.

Vị trí

Khi bạn nộp một lượt chụp, ứng dụng ghi nhận vị trí gần đúng tại thời điểm đó để xác nhận bạn có mặt tại cửa hàng được phân công. Vị trí chỉ được lấy khi bạn đang dùng ứng dụng, không theo dõi nền. Việc cấp quyền vị trí là tùy chọn: nếu bạn từ chối, bạn vẫn nộp được ảnh bình thường.

Trợ lý ảo

Nội dung bạn trao đổi với trợ lý ảo trong ứng dụng được gửi tới mô hình AI chạy trên hạ tầng do AIVISION quản lý để tạo câu trả lời. Vui lòng không nhập thông tin cá nhân nhạy cảm vào cuộc trò chuyện.

Dữ liệu công việc

Danh sách cửa hàng được phân công, kế hoạch viếng thăm, lịch sử chụp và kết quả chấm điểm — gắn với tài khoản làm việc của bạn.

Dữ liệu ứng dụng KHÔNG thu thập

• Không đọc danh bạ, tin nhắn, cuộc gọi hay tệp khác trên thiết bị.
• Không có SDK quảng cáo, không có công cụ phân tích (analytics) của bên thứ ba.
• Không theo dõi bạn giữa các ứng dụng hay trang web khác.

3. Mục đích sử dụng dữ liệu

• Chấm điểm tuân thủ trưng bày từ ảnh bạn chụp.
• Xác nhận lượt viếng thăm cửa hàng diễn ra tại đúng địa điểm.
• Lập báo cáo trưng bày cho doanh nghiệp mà bạn làm việc.
• Vận hành trợ lý ảo hỗ trợ nghiệp vụ trong ứng dụng.
• Đăng nhập, bảo mật tài khoản và khắc phục sự cố kỹ thuật.

4. Xử lý bằng trí tuệ nhân tạo

Ảnh kệ được phân tích tự động bằng mô hình thị giác máy tính để đếm sản phẩm và so với chuẩn trưng bày (planogram). Kết quả AI hiển thị cho bạn ngay sau khi chụp, và bạn có thể xác nhận hoặc khiếu nại trước khi nộp — kết quả tự động không phải là kết luận cuối cùng. Ảnh và dữ liệu của bạn không được dùng để huấn luyện mô hình cho mục đích ngoài phạm vi dịch vụ đã thỏa thuận với doanh nghiệp của bạn.

5. Chia sẻ dữ liệu

Dữ liệu được chia sẻ với:

• Doanh nghiệp nơi bạn làm việc (hoặc nhãn hàng phân công lượt viếng thăm): đây chính là mục đích của dịch vụ — họ nhận ảnh, điểm tuân thủ và thông tin lượt viếng thăm.
• Nhà cung cấp hạ tầng phục vụ việc lưu trữ và vận hành hệ thống, theo hợp đồng bảo mật.
• Cơ quan có thẩm quyền khi pháp luật yêu cầu.

Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu cá nhân và không chia sẻ dữ liệu cho mục đích quảng cáo.

6. Lưu trữ và bảo mật

Dữ liệu truyền giữa ứng dụng và máy chủ được mã hóa bằng HTTPS/TLS. Mật khẩu chỉ nằm trong kho lưu trữ an toàn trên thiết bị của bạn. Dữ liệu công việc được lưu trên máy chủ trong thời hạn theo thỏa thuận giữa AIVISION và doanh nghiệp của bạn, sau đó được xóa hoặc ẩn danh hóa.

7. Quyền của bạn

Theo quy định về bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân của Việt Nam (Nghị định 13/2023/NĐ-CP) và pháp luật hiện hành nơi bạn sinh sống, bạn có quyền yêu cầu truy cập, chỉnh sửa, xóa dữ liệu cá nhân hoặc rút lại sự đồng ý. Vì tài khoản Vtraks do doanh nghiệp của bạn cấp, cách nhanh nhất là gửi yêu cầu qua doanh nghiệp đó; bạn cũng có thể liên hệ trực tiếp AIVISION theo thông tin ở mục 11.

Bạn có thể thu hồi quyền camera, thư viện ảnh hoặc vị trí bất cứ lúc nào trong phần Cài đặt của thiết bị. Thu hồi quyền camera sẽ khiến tính năng chụp không hoạt động; thu hồi quyền vị trí không ảnh hưởng đến việc nộp ảnh.

8. Xoá dữ liệu và tài khoản của bạn

Mục này giải thích cách yêu cầu xoá dữ liệu mà ứng dụng Vtraks (com.aivgroups.vtraks) đang lưu về bạn.

Cách gửi yêu cầu

Gửi email tới contact@aivgroups.com với tiêu đề “Vtraks — yêu cầu xoá dữ liệu”, kèm tên đăng nhập Vtraks của bạn và tên công ty đã cấp tài khoản. Chúng tôi xác nhận đã nhận trong vòng 7 ngày làm việc và hoàn tất việc xoá trong vòng 30 ngày.

Tài khoản Vtraks do công ty bạn làm việc cấp, không phải do bạn tự đăng ký trong ứng dụng. Khi công ty đó là bên kiểm soát dữ liệu, chúng tôi chuyển yêu cầu cho họ và thực hiện theo chỉ dẫn của họ; chúng tôi sẽ báo lại cho bạn khi làm vậy và cho biết cần liên hệ với ai.

Dữ liệu sẽ bị xoá

• tài khoản và thông tin đăng nhập của bạn;
• các ảnh kệ bạn đã chụp và gửi lên;
• vị trí được ghi tại thời điểm mỗi lần gửi ảnh;
• nội dung bạn trao đổi với trợ lý ảo;
• lịch sử chụp và kết quả chấm tuân thủ của riêng bạn.

Dữ liệu được giữ lại, và giữ bao lâu

• Số liệu tổng hợp không còn nhận dạng được bạn — các chỉ số tuân thủ ở cấp cửa hàng và cấp chương trình. Phần này được ẩn danh chứ không xoá, vì công ty bạn làm việc cần chúng cho báo cáo lịch sử.
• Hồ sơ phải lưu theo quy định pháp luật hoặc để giải quyết tranh chấp — chỉ giữ trong thời hạn nghĩa vụ đó còn hiệu lực, sau đó xoá.
• Bản sao lưu máy chủ thông thường, được ghi đè theo chu kỳ luân phiên 30 ngày. Dữ liệu của bạn bị xoá khỏi hệ thống đang chạy ngay lập tức và biến mất khỏi các bản sao lưu trong vòng 30 ngày.

Gỡ ứng dụng

Việc gỡ Vtraks khỏi thiết bị không xoá dữ liệu trên máy chủ. Hãy gửi yêu cầu như hướng dẫn ở trên.

9. Trẻ em

Vtraks là công cụ dành cho người đi làm và không hướng tới trẻ em. Chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu của trẻ em.

10. Thay đổi chính sách

Khi chính sách này thay đổi đáng kể, chúng tôi sẽ cập nhật trang này kèm ngày hiệu lực mới và thông báo trong ứng dụng khi cần thiết.

Privacy Policy — Vtraks app

Effective date: August 1, 2026

1. Who we are

Vtraks is built and operated by AIVISION (AIV Group), a Vietnamese technology company specialising in artificial intelligence and computer vision. Website: https://aivgroups.com.

Vtraks is used for work: field representatives of our business customers use the app to record and score product displays at retail outlets. In many cases the business you work for determines the purposes of processing, and AIVISION processes data under its agreement with that business.

2. Data the app collects

Account

The username and password issued by your organisation. Your password is stored only on your device, in the operating system's secure storage (Keychain on iOS, EncryptedSharedPreferences on Android), and is sent to the server only to sign you in. After sign-in the app uses a session token instead of your password.

Shelf photos

Photos you take with the in-app camera, or pick from your photo library, are uploaded to Vtraks servers so the AI system can recognise products and score display compliance. The app accesses the camera and photo library only when you actively capture or pick a photo, and only after you grant permission through the operating system's dialog.

Location

When you submit a capture, the app records your approximate location at that moment to confirm the visit happened at the assigned store. Location is read only while you are using the app — there is no background tracking. Granting location permission is optional: if you decline, you can still submit photos normally.

Assistant conversations

Messages you exchange with the in-app assistant are sent to an AI model running on infrastructure managed by AIVISION in order to generate replies. Please do not enter sensitive personal information in the chat.

Work data

Your assigned outlets, visit plans, capture history and compliance results, linked to your work account.

Data the app does NOT collect

• No access to your contacts, messages, calls or other files on the device.
• No advertising SDKs and no third-party analytics.
• No tracking of you across other apps or websites.

3. How data is used

• Scoring display compliance from the photos you take.
• Confirming that store visits happened at the right location.
• Producing display reports for the business you work with.
• Operating the in-app assistant.
• Sign-in, account security and troubleshooting.

4. AI processing

Shelf photos are analysed automatically by computer-vision models that count products and compare the display against the planogram. The AI result is shown to you right after capture, and you can confirm or dispute it before submitting — the automated result is not the final word. Your photos and data are not used to train models for purposes outside the service agreed with your organisation.

5. Sharing

Data is shared with:

• The business you work with (or the brand that assigned the visit): this is the purpose of the service — they receive photos, compliance scores and visit details.
• Infrastructure providers that host and operate the system, under confidentiality agreements.
• Authorities where the law requires it.

We do not sell personal data and we do not share data for advertising.

6. Storage and security

Traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS. Your password never leaves your device's secure storage except to sign you in. Work data is retained on our servers for the period agreed between AIVISION and your organisation, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

Under Vietnam's personal data protection rules (Decree 13/2023/ND-CP) and the laws that apply where you live, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw consent. Because your Vtraks account is issued by your organisation, the fastest route is to raise the request through them; you can also contact AIVISION directly (section 11).

You can revoke the camera, photo library or location permission at any time in your device Settings. Revoking camera access disables capture; revoking location does not affect photo submission.

8. Deleting your data and your account

This section explains how to request deletion of the data the Vtraks app (com.aivgroups.vtraks) holds about you.

How to ask

Email contact@aivgroups.com with the subject “Vtraks — data deletion request”, and include the Vtraks username you sign in with and the name of the organisation that issued your account. We confirm receipt within 7 working days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Your Vtraks account is issued by the business you work for, not created by you in the app. Where that business is the controller of the data, we pass the request to them and act on their instruction; we will tell you when we do this and who to contact.

What is deleted

• your account and sign-in credentials;
• the shelf photos you captured and uploaded;
• the location recorded at the moment of each capture;
• your assistant conversations;
• your capture history and your individual compliance results.

What is kept, and for how long

• Aggregate figures that no longer identify you — store-level and programme-level compliance totals. These are anonymised rather than deleted, because the business you work with relies on them for historical reporting.
• Records we are required to keep by law or in order to resolve a dispute — retained only for as long as that obligation lasts, then deleted.
• Ordinary server backups, which are overwritten on a rolling 30-day cycle. Your data is removed from live systems immediately and disappears from backups within 30 days.

Deleting the app

Removing Vtraks from your device does not delete data held on our servers. Please use the request above.

9. Children

Vtraks is a tool for working professionals and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect children's data.

10. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we will update this page with a new effective date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.

1. Quiénes somos

Vtraks es desarrollada y operada por AIVISION (AIV Group), una empresa tecnológica vietnamita especializada en inteligencia artificial y visión por computadora. Sitio web: https://aivgroups.com.

Vtraks se usa en el trabajo: los representantes de campo de nuestras empresas clientes usan la app para registrar y evaluar las exhibiciones de productos en puntos de venta. En muchos casos, la empresa para la que trabajas determina los fines del tratamiento, y AIVISION trata los datos según su acuerdo con dicha empresa.

2. Datos que recopila la app

Cuenta

El usuario y la contraseña que te asigna tu organización. La contraseña se guarda solo en tu dispositivo, en el almacenamiento seguro del sistema operativo (Keychain en iOS, EncryptedSharedPreferences en Android), y se envía al servidor únicamente para iniciar sesión. Después, la app usa un token de sesión en lugar de tu contraseña.

Fotos de estantes

Las fotos que tomas con la cámara de la app, o que eliges de tu galería, se suben a los servidores de Vtraks para que el sistema de IA reconozca los productos y evalúe el cumplimiento. La app accede a la cámara y a la galería solo cuando tú capturas o eliges una foto, y solo tras conceder el permiso mediante el diálogo del sistema.

Ubicación

Al enviar una captura, la app registra tu ubicación aproximada en ese momento para confirmar que la visita ocurrió en la tienda asignada. La ubicación se lee solo mientras usas la app — no hay rastreo en segundo plano. Conceder el permiso de ubicación es opcional: si lo rechazas, puedes enviar fotos con normalidad.

Conversaciones con el asistente

Los mensajes que intercambias con el asistente se envían a un modelo de IA que se ejecuta en infraestructura gestionada por AIVISION para generar respuestas. Por favor, no introduzcas información personal sensible en el chat.

Datos de trabajo

Tus tiendas asignadas, planes de visita, historial de capturas y resultados de cumplimiento, vinculados a tu cuenta de trabajo.

Datos que la app NO recopila

• No accede a tus contactos, mensajes, llamadas ni otros archivos del dispositivo.
• Sin SDK publicitarios ni analítica de terceros.
• No te rastrea en otras apps ni sitios web.

3. Cómo se usan los datos

• Evaluar el cumplimiento de exhibición a partir de tus fotos.
• Confirmar que las visitas ocurrieron en el lugar correcto.
• Elaborar informes de exhibición para la empresa con la que trabajas.
• Operar el asistente integrado en la app.
• Inicio de sesión, seguridad de la cuenta y soporte técnico.

4. Tratamiento con IA

Las fotos se analizan automáticamente con modelos de visión por computadora que cuentan productos y comparan la exhibición con el planograma. El resultado de la IA se te muestra justo después de la captura, y puedes confirmarlo o disputarlo antes de enviarlo — el resultado automático no es la palabra final. Tus fotos y datos no se usan para entrenar modelos con fines ajenos al servicio acordado con tu organización.

5. Con quién se comparten

• La empresa con la que trabajas (o la marca que asignó la visita): ese es el propósito del servicio — recibe fotos, puntuaciones de cumplimiento y detalles de la visita.
• Proveedores de infraestructura que alojan y operan el sistema, bajo acuerdos de confidencialidad.
• Autoridades cuando la ley lo exija.

No vendemos datos personales ni los compartimos con fines publicitarios.

6. Almacenamiento y seguridad

El tráfico entre la app y nuestros servidores se cifra con HTTPS/TLS. Tu contraseña nunca sale del almacenamiento seguro de tu dispositivo salvo para iniciar sesión. Los datos de trabajo se conservan durante el periodo acordado entre AIVISION y tu organización, tras el cual se eliminan o anonimizan.

7. Tus derechos

Conforme a la normativa vietnamita de protección de datos personales (Decreto 13/2023/ND-CP) y a las leyes aplicables donde vivas, puedes solicitar acceso, rectificación o eliminación de tus datos personales, o retirar tu consentimiento. Como tu cuenta de Vtraks la emite tu organización, la vía más rápida es gestionar la solicitud a través de ella; también puedes contactar directamente con AIVISION (sección 11).

Puedes revocar los permisos de cámara, galería o ubicación en cualquier momento desde los Ajustes del dispositivo. Revocar la cámara desactiva la captura; revocar la ubicación no afecta al envío de fotos.

8. Eliminación de sus datos y de su cuenta

Esta sección explica cómo solicitar la eliminación de los datos que la aplicación Vtraks (com.aivgroups.vtraks) conserva sobre usted.

Cómo solicitarlo

Escriba a contact@aivgroups.com con el asunto «Vtraks — solicitud de eliminación de datos», indicando el nombre de usuario con el que inicia sesión en Vtraks y la empresa que le asignó la cuenta. Confirmamos la recepción en un plazo de 7 días hábiles y completamos la eliminación en un plazo de 30 días.

Su cuenta de Vtraks la asigna la empresa para la que trabaja; no se crea desde la aplicación. Cuando esa empresa es la responsable del tratamiento, le trasladamos la solicitud y actuamos siguiendo sus instrucciones; le informaremos cuando esto ocurra y a quién debe dirigirse.

Qué se elimina

• su cuenta y sus credenciales de acceso;
• las fotos de estanterías que capturó y envió;
• la ubicación registrada en el momento de cada captura;
• sus conversaciones con el asistente;
• su historial de capturas y sus resultados individuales de cumplimiento.

Qué se conserva, y durante cuánto tiempo

• Cifras agregadas que ya no permiten identificarle: totales de cumplimiento por tienda y por programa. Se anonimizan en lugar de eliminarse, porque la empresa con la que trabaja los necesita para su informe histórico.
• Registros que debemos conservar por obligación legal o para resolver una reclamación: se conservan únicamente mientras dure esa obligación y después se eliminan.
• Copias de seguridad ordinarias del servidor, que se sobrescriben en un ciclo rotativo de 30 días. Sus datos se eliminan de los sistemas activos de inmediato y desaparecen de las copias de seguridad en un plazo de 30 días.

Desinstalar la aplicación

Desinstalar Vtraks del dispositivo no elimina los datos alojados en nuestros servidores. Utilice la solicitud descrita más arriba.

9. Menores

Vtraks es una herramienta para profesionales y no está dirigida a menores. No recopilamos datos de menores a sabiendas.

10. Cambios en esta política

Si esta política cambia de forma sustancial, actualizaremos esta página con una nueva fecha de vigencia y, cuando proceda, te avisaremos en la app.
